RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of our business we do not except merchandise returns. DVD's and CD's can be exchanged in the event they are defective. Please read our DVD Compatability statement prior to ordering our videos or contacting us about a defective DVD. Our GraveStalkers unfinished foam products may have minor surface imperfections we do not consider these defects. Foam items are all one of a kind unfinished props, no two are exactly alike.
